Platform — website automatedquantumplatform.com, dashboard, terminals, S&P 500 card, apps. Services — trust management, option plans (Starter $200/5%, Basic $500/5%, Bronze I $2,500/5%, Bronze II $5,000/5% weekly, 30 days), education/analytics, referral programme, support via support@automatedquantumplatform.com / +1 800 555 WOLF / livechat. Deposit — funds sent via BTC/Payeer/PerfectMoney etc. Profit — weekly accrual credited ~24h after activation. Principal — returned at maturity. Balance — available + active + referral.
18+ only, legal capacity, not from restricted jurisdictions, one account per person. You confirm funds are legal, affordable (you can afford total loss on leveraged Forex/CFDs), and you understand English terms. We may refuse service per sanctions/AML.
Register at Create Account with true name/email/phone/password. Verify email; complete KYC when requested (ID, address, selfie). Keep credentials secret, enable strong password; you are liable for account activity. One account — duplicates disabled, commissions forfeited. Recover via Forgot Password or Support; never create a second account.
Plans: Starter $200+ (5% weekly), Basic $500+ (5%), Bronze I $2,500+ (5%), Bronze II $5,000+ (5%), all 30 days, weekly credit, principal returned. Max $5,000,000/account (VIP via support). Deposit via dashboard address; BTC ~30–60 min, e-wallets instant. Send exact amount; keep TXID. Multiple concurrent deposits allowed, each with own cycle. Mis-sent funds: contact support with proof — recovery not guaranteed for wrong chains.
First interest after 7 days, then weekly for 30 days (e.g., $500 at 5% = $25/week, $100 total + $500 principal). Withdraw min $50, $0 platform fee, instant–24h to same rails; network fees by provider. Status in history + email. Large/VIP wires may need KYC + 24h review. Reinvestment allowed (new 30-day cycle). 2% swap fee embedded in plan pricing (we earn when you earn). No deposit/withdrawal platform fee, no inactivity fee. Third-party network/processor fees shown pre-confirm. FX conversion at mid-market if applicable. Any future fee change notified 14 days ahead per Section 16.
L1 8% + L2 3% + L3 2% + L4 1% on invited deposits, instant, uncapped, withdrawable/reinvestable. Unique link/QR/banners in dashboard. Self-referral, multi-accounts, spam or guaranteed-return claims forfeit commissions. Always share Risk Disclosure. Details: Partners.
We conduct KYC/AML per applicable laws: ID, address, source-of-funds for large withdrawals, suspicious activity or regulator request. Funds segregated; crypto in cold custody. We may hold/freeze pending review and report per law. Data per Privacy.

Comply with instructions, laws, and these Terms. Do not: interfere with operation, exploit bugs, use bots/scraping, upload malware, impersonate, spam referrals, create multiples, launder funds, or trade on insider abuse. Breach → warning, hold, termination + forfeiture per Section 15.

We manage personal data per Privacy Policy (collection, use, cookies, retention, rights, contact). SSL + DDoS-Guard + segregated storage. By using Services you consent to processing for account, compliance and support.

We strive for uptime/accurate quotes but disclaim liability for: market losses, network/chain delays, force majeure, third-party processor failures, or reliance on education (not financial advice). Liability capped to fees paid in 6 months where law permits. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct or non-excludable consumer rights. Investor Compensation (90% up to €20,000 for eligible retail) and segregated funds are your safety nets — see Regulation.
We may suspend/block/terminate access anytime without prior notice for breach, fraud, AML, inactivity abuse or regulator order; you may close account via support after settling positions (principal + accrued profits paid per Sections 4–5 unless frozen for investigation). Unlawful gains forfeited.
Automated Quantum Ai investment platform may change Terms anytime, adding new conditions; material changes notified 14 days via dashboard/email; continued use = acceptance. Current version always on this page (September 2026). Disputes under version at time of transaction.
Agreement governed by applicable UK/US law per entity of your account; first seek amicable resolution via Support (case ID, 14-day review), then competent courts/arbitration per notice. Nothing limits regulator complaint routes (MFSA/FCA).
